The room at Langley Haven was cozy and had a nice homey feel to it. I loved the fact that it had a tea/coffee maker, so I could enjoy a hot cuppa in the morning. The dining area was a nice touch, and the kitchenware made it convenient for me to prepare simple meals. Having a wardrobe was also handy for keeping my clothes organized. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for those lazy evenings when I wanted to unwind with my favorite shows.
Personally, I would've preferred if the double room also had a tea/coffee maker like the single room did. But hey, that's just my preference, and some people might not even mind it.

The location of this accommodation is not convenient and lacks nearby amenities such as shops and facilities. The bathroom is shared with other guests, which was not clearly mentioned in the description. The tea and coffee facilities were subpar, with limited supplies and no milk or sugar provided. The television was poorly positioned and the WiFi was unreliable.
The staff's communication and room allocation process was disorganized, resulting in confusion and discomfort for guests.

There were a few drawbacks. The description of the property didn't mention that the bathroom would be shared with other guests, which would have influenced my decision to book.
